New account

Set up your agency’s dialer.

Everything below is something Twilio or the carrier registry will ask for before your number can make calls. Giving it now means your line is registered while your account is being set up, instead of a week later. You will not be asked to pay until the end.

Your agency

The carrier registry checks these against public records, so they must be your registered details — a trading name or a mailing address gets the registration rejected.

Exactly as registered, not a trading name.

9 digits. A hyphen is fine.

https://…

Where the login goes. This becomes the account owner.

Registered address

Twilio holds this against the phone number. It must be the address on the business registration.

Authorised representative

A real person at the business who can answer for the registration. The registry may contact them. It does not have to be the account owner.

+1 and 10 digits.

As it appears internally, e.g. Owner.

The registry's own list. Pick the nearest.

Your dialer

What we set up for you. Seats are how many people can sign in and dial at once; you can change that later.

Billing

Change the count any time. A seat added with 15 or more days left before your next bill is charged for that month; added with fewer, it is free until the next bill.

States you are licensed in

Tick each state you hold a license in. Licensed almost everywhere? Select all, then untick the rest.

1 seat, 1 phone number.

The next page is Stripe’s. It shows the exact total, including tax for your state, before you pay — and nothing is charged until you finish there.

We use these details to open your Twilio account and register your number with the carriers. Already have an account? Sign in.
